SCHEDULE OUR VIDEO CALL
On this complimentary call, we'll talk through all the lovely details of your trip and determine if we're a good fit to work together
(Make sure to choose your specific type of travel planning request!)

WE MAKE IT OFFICIAL
Based on your travel planning requests discussed on our call, I'll send over an invoice with my cost to plan your trip. Payment options include Venmo and credit card. This fee is due in full and is non-refundable.

Created for each of my travelers, your webpage is where you’ll find all relevant travel information. No more searching through a million emails - find your flight confirmations, complete itinerary, destination specific recommendations, and anything else you’ll need all in one easy to access location. I BEGIN YOUR TRAVEL RESEARCH & PLANNING
Once your payment is received, you've officially hired me. I get to work researching and planning your itinerary utilizing my extensive industry knowledge, network, and experience

YOU REVIEW YOUR TRAVEL CONCEPT & PROPOSAL
Once your research is complete, I’ll compile your proposal. You will receive a pre-recorded video walking you through my research and proposal, which many of my travelers like to make into a date night. Both the video and your proposal will be accessible via your traveler webpage

YOU SHARE YOUR FEEDBACK
Timely feedback is the best feedback! Pricing and availability are subject to change until deposit is made. Let me know if you have any changes or requests.

YOU CONFIRM YOUR TRAVEL PLANS
Once everything is perfect and just as you want it, you will receive an invoice for the deposit amount. You will enter your payment information and authorize me to make the deposit payment on your behalf to the relevant travel suppliers (this payment is NOT made to Fresh World Travel Co.)

You are officially booked! Your payment receipts and all confirmations will be accessible via your secure traveler webpage, along with your invoice, payment due date information, itinerary, and all other information you will need for travel

Timely and clear communication of must-haves, any changes, and any issues or problems that arise so I can work on fixing them as quickly as possible
Trust in my skill set, my recommendations, and my process
Respect for me as a travel industry professional, as well as respect for the people, culture, language, and history of your destination
The ability and willingness to be flexible, comfortable with change, and understanding that anytime we travel, it's likely that at least one thing will go a little differently than planned
HOW PAYMENTS WORK

TRAVEL RESEARCH & DESIGN FEE
Made prior to any research being done
Due in full, and is non refundable
This payment is made to Fresh World Travel Co. directly as payment for my services
INITIAL DEPOSIT
Authorized by you through my secure invoicing system, and processed by me on your behalf with your selected supplier(s)
Made to confirm your itinerary and lock in your vacation
Most trips I design can be held with a deposit, rather than having to pay in full, but in some instances full payment is due to book
Deposit amount and due date is based on total trip cost, departure date, and the discretion of the supplier
This payment is NOT made to Fresh World Travel Co, but paid directly to the relevant travel supplier(s) for your vacation
If you have multiple suppliers, multiple deposits may be due
FINAL PAYMENT
Authorized by you through my secure invoicing system, and processed by me on your behalf with your selected supplier(s)
This payment due date is set by the travel supplier(s) and is usually due 30-60 days prior to departure
Usually, payments can be made in whatever amount and schedule you prefer up to the final due date
I are happy to help you set up a payment schedule if you prefer a regular monthly payment
This/these payment(s) is/are NOT made to Fresh World Travel Co, but paid directly to the relevant travel supplier(s) for your vacation
Highlights
The best way to get in touch is via email. I do not share my phone number with travelers. All Zoom and phone calls must be scheduled in advance
I expect and require a relationship with my travelers that is based on mutual trust and respect. Poor behavior will not be tolerated and will result in termination of our working together
All of my travel planning services, including honeymoons and destination weddings, are available to everyone. Love is love
My itinerary designs are built based on YOU, which means that I require timely and honest feedback if you are unhappy
I book airfare as part of a package with at least one other travel component. Standalone airfare must be booked by the traveler
I provide bundled package rates from my trusted industry partners and am not able to provide an itemized cost breakdown of individual travel components

My role is to create your perfect getaway curated to YOU specifically. I do not compete with online booking agencies, and I do not include price-matching in my business model.
