Depending on the number of travelers, duration, destination, and complexity of planning, this amount will vary. After our first call, and based on everything you’ve shared that you’d like me to help you to do, I’ll calculate your investment and share this with you via an invoice. This payment is due in full and is nonrefundable. Please review my terms and conditions for further information
What is the investment to work with Fresh World Travel Co. on my upcoming travel?
Once I’ve nailed it and your itinerary is perfect, you’ll make a deposit to the vendor to confirm and lock in your trip. This amount will vary depending on the vendor, destination, how close we are to your departure date, and a few more factors. After your deposit is made, I will help you keep track of your important payment dates, and I can help you set up a payment plan if you’d like. How do I decide if I should work with a travel planner on my upcoming trip?
My best advice is this: if you see value in hiring a professional to do this planning work, and you’ve found a travel agent that you’re comfortable with and you feel understands what you’re looking for, you can’t lose. If hiring a travel advisor will help you feel less stressed about your trip planning, and the thought of taking the planning off of your plate makes you feel more excited about traveling again, I say go for it!
Can Fresh World Travel Co. help with our trip if we’re traveling with kids?
Yes! In addition to romance travel, I plan family travel as well. I love helping make amazing travel adventure memories with the whole family!
Definitely! However, I do not book budget airlines for my travelers. Additionally, airfare must be booked in conjunction with accommodations of at least 3 nights through a vendor partner.
Can Fresh World Travel Co. help us book our airfare?
Can I get itemized pricing for each component in my travel package designed by Fresh World Travel Co.?
I work closely with my vendors to create an itinerary that’s as close to perfect, based on your travel goals, as I can. The package pricing from my vendors is shared to me as one package price, and this is what I share with you.
How long does the travel booking process take with Fresh World Travel Co.?
Depending on the complexity of your trip, I can usually have your proposal to you within 7-10 business days. From there, depending on what kind of updates you’d like to make, timing may vary. Be aware that pricing and availability (of rooms, airfare, tour seats, restaurant reservations, etc) is subject to change and not guaranteed until your trip is confirmed with a deposit.
